Where can I order or purchase jewelry and/or accessories from Authentic Occurrence ®?

My jewelry is available through this website that I like to refer to as my virtual island paradise.You are also welcome to view creations personally at any Art & Craft Show as displayed on the events page of the site. Please keep in mind that while surfing, all items are one-of-a-kind and on a first come first serve basis. These items are available unless otherwise stated or marked as sold. All have been created as a unique treasure therefore I prefer not to duplicate. People enjoy when they can wear something that is truly unique. Please feel free to write me with your requests; I’ll be happy to discuss any possibilities and time frame. You may view the slide show galleries for a representation of previous work.

Money Orders

If you prefer to mail in your payment, we gladly accept money orders. Since all items are one-of-a-kind, you must first contact us to secure the item. We will place each item on a 24 hour hold and a copy of the money order must be sent to us via fax with in the 24 hour period. Your order will be processed once your money order has been recieved and has cleared. Once I pay when will my item or items be shipped?

At the time of your purchase you will be charged a flat rate of $4.00 per item for shipping and handling. This is necessary as each item will be insured for the value of it's contents. Once payment has cleared,I will ship your order within 24 to 48 hours. Excluding holidays and weekends.

* Custom designed orders are excluded from this particular time frame as deposits and commission able work may vary and need to be considered* You will recieve notification that your order is on it's way.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. Your happiness is important to me. If there are any issues with the piece please fell free to contact me. Repairs are an important part of our customer relations policy and are complimentary. Shipping for a repair will be complimentary on our side of the island after the repair has been made.* custom designed and/or castings are to be considered on an individual basis as prior to purchase one to one designing and consultation has taken place.*

Exchanges/Refunds?

We want you to be happy with your new treasure and exchanges are granted if contacted within a 30 day time frame from the date of your original purchase. You will be issued an RMA lable for returns and it must accompany the item when shipped. All returns will be excepted if upon receipt and inspection of the item it has been returned in its original state. You must notify us in writing and give us the“heads – up” so we may accommodate you appropriately on your exchange and a credit will be given toward another item or commission able work. We do not grant refunds at this time. ( please refer to guarantee above)Shipping/handling for exchanged pieces will be charged and includes insurance for the value and it’s content. This protects your purchase en-route.
